Position: Sr. Front End Engineer Location: Remote Duration: 6-12Months Visa: NO H1B/CPT Interview: Phone/Skype/Teams Job Description: Responsibilities: Contribute to the rebranding effort across all sites. Collaborate closely with the development team and product stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and contribute to the architectural decisions. Develop robust and scalable front-end solutions using Angular, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies to enhance the user experience and ensure cross-browser compatibility. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, following best practices and modern front-end standards. Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal user experience across various devices and screen sizes. Work in an Agile environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings. Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members when necessary. Troubleshoot and debug issues, conduct thorough testing, and address performance bottlenecks to deliver high-quality software solutions. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in front end technologies, proactively recommending improvements and driving innovation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3 - 5 years of proven experience as a Senior Front End Engineer or similar role, ideally with a focus on large-scale migrations or complex projects. Strong proficiency in Angular and JavaScript, with the ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code. Proficiency in modern front-end standards, including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development teams. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex applications. Self-sufficiency and the ability to work independently, managing your own tasks and priorities effectively. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions within tight deadlines. Remote-friendly mindset and the ability to thrive in a distributed team environment.
