In this role the candidate will provide production and project support for the Investment Teams by creating new or modifying existing Business Objects Reports, non -objects based developed reports, using accounting system data. Overview: This role is for Business Objects Developer using SAP BO XIR2/XIR3, Desktop Intelligence Application as well as Power Bi Desktop/Report Builder. In this role the candidate will provide production and project support for the Investment Teams by creating new or modifying existing. The candidate will review and interpret system requirements and business processes as well as code, test, debug and implement software solutions. Candidate will also: Automate tasks (unit, smoke and end-to-end testing) Develop in Business Objects using SQL (sproc) and/ or PERL Work directly with Business Analyst Be accountable for your work and sometimes others, provide process and standards advice in your area of specialization Work independently Serve as a resource for colleagues with less experience Actively helping team members/make suggestions to improve practices. Business Knowledge Able to work directly with business analysts Decisions show a focus on current and future business priorities, together with fiscal responsibility Can articulate business needs and translate them into technology solutions Requirements Programs proficiently in several languages and is comfortable switching between them (highly proficient in either SQL or Sproc), Sybase, Unix Some knowledge of PERL, Autosys, DB2 Shows dedication to quality by implementing suitable software using unit/integration and acceptance testing at the time of feature development Debugs large components with limited assistance and assists other engineers Thanks & Regards Rakesh Nutech Systems, Inc.
