We are currently building the next generation eligibility applications using the latest technologies and are looking for an analyst with a true passion for collaborating with our development teams to build robust and secure IT applications. The successful candidate will be working with the latest technologies and methodologies to create test cases, update system documentation, create design documents, participate in team meetings, and validate system functionality. Required Skills/Experience Provide the minimum required skills and/or experience the contractor must possess to qualify for this position. These requirements will be transferred to the Score Sheet and candidates without these requirements reflected on their resume will NOT be presented to the manager for consideration. * Advanced technical expertise in 6+ years of XML 12+ years of SQL 6+ yeas of SoapUI 8+ years of Visio 6+ years of TOAD * 8 or more years practical experience in HTML5 Smartsheet Creating General System Design (GSD) documentation * Advanced knowledge of SCRUM/Sprint methodologies Microsoft Office products Preferred/Not Required Provide any skills/experience that would be helpful for the candidate to possess but not required.
