As a key member of our engineering organization, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based applications and infrastructure. Your expertise in AWS technologies and strong programming skills will be instrumental in delivering scalable and reliable solutions. Responsibilities: Cloud Infrastructure Management: Build and manage public and private cloud infrastructure using AWS services such as EC2, S3, and others. Automation and Deployment: Deploy and automate AWS environment applications using CloudFormation Templates (CFT) scripts and create stack sets for deployment across different regions. API Development: Develop APIs to consume AWS cloud resources using SDKs. Data Migration and Transformation: Utilize AWS Lambda to migrate and capture change data from legacy systems to DynamoDB. Write complex parallel streams and filters to refine data for efficient client search. Microservices Development: Design, develop, and implement microservices architecture using REST/Jersey frameworks. Conduct unit testing to ensure code quality. Production Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for production environments. Code Review and Expertise: Review code, design, and provide expert guidance on development and integration of systems. Qualifications: Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, and web technologies. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and microservices architecture. In-depth knowledge of AWS services (S3, EC2, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch, Lambda). Experience with REST API development, JUnit, and Cucumber. Familiarity with DevOps practices, version control tools (Git, SVN), and CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency in SQL and integration of REST APIs. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical challenges. Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
