| From: Sakshi Tyagi, GVR INFOTEK LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Java Technical Lead / Architect Consultant Candidates will assist the DOJ with a multi-phased project to review sex registration business processes, conduct business process re-engineering, review existing California Sex and Arson Registry (CSAR) application technology architecture and design, and develop a detailed technical assessment. These assessments and enhancements will ensure the Violent Crime Information Center (VCIC) sex registration and notification business processes and existing technology architecture and design continue to be well-aligned with supporting stakeholders, and support VCIC in continuing to meet its mission and mandates including Adam Walsh Act (AWA) requirements. The Java Technical Lead/ Architect will work with the Business Process Reengineering Consultant to meet all deliverables. The Java Technical Lead / Architect will have the following minimum qualifications: Must have a minimum of six (6) years of experience within the last eight (8) years developing Java multi-tier enterprise applications utilizing each of the following frameworks/technologies: o Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition (J2EE) o JPA/Hibernate o JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP) or Similar Application Servers o Java Development Kit (JDK) o Eclipse Integrated Developer Environment (IDE) o Apache Maven o Java Server Faces (JSF), PrimeFaces o Source control technologies including but not limited to Bitbucket o Automated build tools including but not limited to Jenkins o SonarQube or equivalent code quality and code security software o Spring Framework, Boot, Batch, Security, and Data o Angular o JavaScript, XML, CSS, o Oracle Relational Databases o Oracle PL/SQL o Drools Must have a bachelors degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, management information systems, or similar fields. Must have previous experience in assessing application technology architecture and design and identify opportunities to optimize, modernize, and standardize technology used to support applications and its environments. Very highly preferred to have previous DOJ experience or other state agency experiences -HIGHLY Preferred.
