Role: Project Coordinator

Pay Rate:  Max C2C pay rate is $50 an hour

Position Type: Contract to Hire (Contract duration is 12 months)

Location: Hybrid Onsite, located in Mooresville, NC (candidates must currently be local to Mooresville)

Interview Process: 1 interview via MS Teams

Please note,
this is a part time position (Monday to Friday, 4 hrs per day, likely during core business hours (9am-4pm), but could shift based on work, schedule will be determined between hiring manager and contractor)

Required Skills - non-negotiables:

Agile Experience 2 Years minimum

1-3 yrs Business/HR experience

1-3 yrs Working on or leading projects

1-3 yrs PowerPoint and Excel 

Preferred Skills:

Case Management Experience 3+ years

Corporate or retail experience

Talent Management experience

Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills

Software Skills Required:

Microsoft Office Suite Particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Experience using Workday

Project Support:

Assist in coordinating and managing performance development projects, ensuring that all deliverables are met within established timelines.

Support the implementation and tracking of key talent management initiatives and programs.

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Performance Development:

Provide administrative support to the Performance Development team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation.

Assist in the development and distribution of performance development tools and resources.

Monitor and track progress of performance development activities, identifying and addressing any potential issues or delays.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Conduct tactical data analysis to support performance development initiatives, including generating and interpreting reports and metrics.

Assist in the collection and analysis of data related to associate performance, engagement, and development.

Prepare summaries and presentations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.

Administrative Support:

Perform general administrative tasks, such as maintaining project documentation, tracking project milestones, and organizing project-related files.

Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Assist with weekly project status reports and upcoming deadlines to the leadership team.
