Should be able to write SQL queries, data modeling skills needed. 1 BA should have Performance & Analytics knowledge & experience Experience Level: Mid (4-8yrs) to Senior (8+) but candidate must have good Cap Markets knowledge. Prior State Street Experience would be a plus. Profiles with Investment Performance Measurement background. Its a service which provides Rates of Return for reporting. Not related to some general corporate risk/performance cycles. CIPM designation through the CFA Institute would be one of the known certifications, though certification is not a must.
