Job Position :- Technical Delivery Manager - Testing Location :- Maryland/ Remote Duration :- LONG TERM Job Description:- Description: Having 10+ years experience in designing automation frameworks with good communication skills Participates in the innovation process representing customer insights/needs, brainstorming/out of the box thinking to identify solutions, developing concepts and launching/ monitoring pilots and results Accepting challenges during heavy workloads and balance it and jump in where needed to find solution and come up with mitigation plan Design, develop, and implement test automation frameworks to support the overall regression and in sprint testing strategy. Also, focus on standardization and adoption across the business line Guide other automation engineers on framework development while collaborating on assessing other technologies within the test automation space in an effort to continually grown and improve our capabilities in this area Leads and manages a team of test automation engineers Be a subject matter expert, working side by side with delivery teams in framework usage and improvement of automation coverage within their respective applications Review requirements and provide input to improve test automation framework effectiveness, integration and usability Work on different technology stacks with leading edge industry tools in automation, in tandem with the Product owner, Leadership and Agile teams to provide technical guidance on implementation Participate in the development and support of the testing program aimed at supporting multiple testing efforts simultaneously Integrate test automation into the Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery approach Expertise working on Test Automation Framework on Cloud i.e. AWS, Azure/GCP Platform Produce metrics to show the value and savings enabled by test automation Technology Stack: Programming & Scripting Language: Java, Java Script, Groovy, YAML, Shell Scripting , SQL scripting, Mainframe Automation Tools & Frameworks: Selenium, Cucumber/JBehave BDD, Test NG, Microfocus -UFT, Robot Framework, Cypress, Rest Assured, Jenkins Databases: DB2, Oracle, Sql Server, etc. CICD Tools: Jenkins, Ansible, GIT, Cloud: AWS/Azure, Docker SV: Microfocus- Service Virtulization Test Management & Utility Tools: Zephyr, JIRA, Rest/ SOAP API-Postman, SoapUI, Putty-WinSCP Hope to hear from you soon !!!
