As a key member of the Storage Software team, you will be responsible for maintaining software for a state-of-the-art distributed storage system. The successful candidate must be a strong team player and have excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work on high-quality products under tight deadlines. Responsibilities: Be the first line for defense in triaging the issues arising from QA and potential customers. Work with QA, support, and customers in consultation with the development team to triage issues and provide necessary support needed on an immediate basis. Individual shall be highly motivated and ability to work with different teams with focus on resolving the issues in a timely manner. Qualifications and Requirements/Skill Sets: BS/MS Computer Science or equivalent with a minimum of 5+ years of experience managing enterprise software solutions in C/C++ on Linux.
