Gather business/functional requirements 2. Business stakeholders management 3. Provide high level design to fulfill gathered requirements. 4. Based on SAP standard functions / available configurations 5. Able to estimate effort and high-level plan for proposed high level design. 6. Being able to work integrated with other team streams (from other regions / countries). Must haves: Years of experience required for each skill: 1. US Payroll implementation experience (10y) 2. SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (10y) Preferences: 1. Experience in mining industry is nice to have. 2. Canada Payroll implementation experience (5y) 2.
