Proficiency in Azure Active Directory administration, including directory synchronization, single sign-on (SSO), and identity governance. Messaging Administrator - Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 Design, implementation, and optimization of messaging systems Implement and manage tools and technologies such as anti-spam filters, malware scanners, encryption solutions Managing and Supporting collaboration platform such as Microsoft Teams, including user access, integration with other systems, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Closely work with Compliance team, ensure that messaging systems adhere to relevant regulations and internal policies. Maintain up-to-date documentation of messaging system configurations, procedures, and best practices. Incident Response and Troubleshooting. Apply ITIL principles and best practices for IT service management.
