Basic Qualifications : Looking for experienced Systems Engineer with Devops/SRE Systems Engineer for Walt Disney Company Parks, Experience and products Division. Primary responsibilities include provisioning and supporting web and mobile applications for a large scale enterprise environment. This position works closely with various business engineering and production teams to gather requirements, Troubleshoot issues & Provide customer support. The role requires someone who is creative, proactive, Constructive and highly motivated. You will work in extremely collaborative and high energy environment. Actively engage with Development/QA teams, Product/project Managers & Product business teams. Lead project/planning efforts architectural review or design, attending meetings with various teams. You will provision, tune and automate systems and applications. You will provide systems administration, Application maintenance and support. Our Mission statement Reduce/Eliminate Guest Impacting INcidents/Outages across the Guest Experience Allow the product teams to focus on development and enhancement of our Products Portfolio Operational duties include (but are not limited to): On-call support as required. Updates to monitoring Access management Root cause analysis Documentation - Runbook maintenance Engineering duties include (but are not limited to): Working with product teams to deliver operational (security, Business) solutions Provisioning new services Expectations : In this job you are : Responsible for creating breakdown of task to meet project objectives. Responsible for on time ticket & Task completion. The growth path will have you : Responsible for turning Strategy into multiple project objectives. Responsible for communicating project status. Accountable for teaching other engineers how to create breakdown of task and complete task on time. Responsible for sharing their work experiences with greater Organizations.
