Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into content management solutions. Monitor and maintain content lifecycle processes, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Develop and implement content management strategies in alignment with business objectives. Support the configuration and integration of content management systems (CMS) with existing workflows. Conduct regular content audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure consistency. Provide training and support to end-users on CMS tools and processes. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on content management metrics and project outcomes. Work with IT and development teams to troubleshoot CMS-related issues. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to content management and digital tools. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on content management. Strong knowledge of Content Management Systems (e.g., SharePoint, WordPress, or Sitecore). Experience in analyzing and documenting business requirements. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with content governance, taxonomy, and metadata management. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Understanding of content workflow automation and digital asset management.
