Job Title: SAP Hybris Architect Location: 100% Remote Work Duration: Long term contract Visa : Green card Holder & Us Citizen only Job Description: SAP Commerce Cloud Architect Role Overview: SAP CX/Hybris Architect with strong UI expertise to join our team. This role is crucial for a key client in the consumer electronics industry, focusing on enhancing their SAP Commerce Cloud eCommerce platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud, particularly in UI/UX development, and possess a strong understanding of integrating third-party systems within a complex eCommerce architecture. This is an architect-level role that demands comprehensive knowledge of SAP Spartacus (version 6.x and above), SAP Commerce Cloud (version 2105 and above), and other relevant technologies. Key Responsibilities: Platform Architecture: Lead the architecture and design of the SAP Commerce Cloud platform, ensuring alignment with the client's business objectives and technical requirements. Develop and implement architecture strategies that leverage SAP Commerce Cloud (version 2105 and above) and SAP Spartacus (version 6.x and above). Front-End Development & UI/UX Design: Architect the front-end framework using SAP Spartacus/Composable Storefront, ensuring high performance, scalability, and responsive design. Provide leadership in UI/UX design, optimizing for user experience, performance, and SEO. Integration Strategy: Design and oversee the integration of SAP Commerce Cloud with third-party content management system like AEM, Contentful. Design and oversee the integration of SAP Commerce Cloud with third-party systems, including Pimcore, Bazaar Voice, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Taxware, and CyberSource, PayPal. Ensure seamless integration across systems, focusing on data flow, security, and process automation. Technical Leadership & Code Quality: Set and enforce coding standards, linting, code quality, ensuring that all development work meets the highest standards of quality and performance. Provide technical leadership to development teams, conducting regular code reviews and mentoring junior developers. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Provide expert-level consultation on SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP Spartacus/Composable Storefront, advising on best practices, potential risks, and future enhancements. Mandatory Qualifications: Experience: SAP Commerce Cloud: Minimum of 10 years of experience with SAP Commerce Cloud, focusing on versions 2105 and above. Proven track record of leading 3-5 end-to-end implementations. SAP Spartacus/Composable Storefront: Extensive experience with SAP Spartacus, specifically version 6.x and above, with at least two complete implementation cycles. UI/UX Development: Deep expertise in front-end technologies (JavaScript, Angular 8+, HTML5, CSS3, ) and UI/UX design within eCommerce platforms. Experience with CSS Compilers, LESS, SASS, SCSS. Technical Skills: Integration Expertise: Strong background in integrating SAP Commerce Cloud with third-party systems, having led 5-7 integration projects. Architecture & Leadership: Proven ability to design and implement high-level eCommerce architecture, leading cross-functional teams to successful project completion. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Skills: Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. Certifications: SAP certifications in SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP Spartacus are highly desirable.
