Skills and Requirements: Proven experience as a Data Test Lead/Senior Data Test Lead in insurance domain. Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) concepts, policies, and processes. In-depth understanding of data testing methodologies, data quality frameworks, and data integration strategies of the P&C domain Proficiency in SQL and experience with data querying, data validation, and data manipulation. Advance knowledge of experience in in data test automation frameworks written in Python Familiarity with insurance systems and technologies, such as policy administration systems, claims management systems, and rating engines. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively build a testing team in the future. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of testing tools and frameworks, such as JIRA or Selenium, is a plus. Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of data testing activities, including data quality, data integration, data migration, and data transformation. Collaborate with business analysts and data analysts to understand data requirements, data models, and business rules Develop and implement comprehensive data testing strategies, plans, and test cases to validate the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across systems. Design and execute complex SQL queries and scripts to verify data integrity, data transformations, and data mappings. Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve data-related issues, including data quality problems, data discrepancies, and data performance bottlenecks. Define and enforce data testing standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality data testing processes. Coordinate and prioritize testing activities, ensuring timely delivery of test results and accurate defect management.
