Role: Mulesoft LEAD CONSULTANT Location : Frisco , Texas Job Description Sound knowledge of said technology and experience in development delivering solution Keep track of schedule for on time delivery of assigned tasks as per the defined quality standards - Optimize pace and meet deadlines Collaborate with product owners, QA, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and work on user stories/ backlog items and deliver same with highest quality Attend stand-up meetings and provide updates Develop solutions and POC s based on customer and project needs Conceptualize a new product or, new feature or, new component and to test new technologies or features through PoCs Contribute in practice growth initiatives Interviews, training, mentoring, operational activities etc. Plan and grow practice/account through support to proposals and proposal defence Provide support to delivery for technical issues, escalations and reviews and to help in deploying in a customer environment. Create documentation of operational tasks, procedures and automated processes. Fix faults and restore the operability or carry out suitable measures (creation of workaround) Required Technical and Professional Expertise Minimum 3+ years of experience in Mulesoft Java, Middleware, Mule ESB, Strong knowledge of SOA and experience in designing Mule Interfaces, Fluency in Web Service Standards such as XML, SOAP, REST, Strong understanding of RDBMS Mandatory Technical Skills:Mule ESB, SOA, JSon, XSD, XML Hands-on experience in design and development of complex use cases using MuleSoft. Strong governance and drive towards promotion of Mule best practices, guardrail adherence, API Delivery Model Prefer Mulesoft certified Good Knowledge of MuleSoft Admin and monitoring (1.) To design and develop new tools as per the client s requirements andor customize the existing tools. (2.) To lead the technical design , ensuring alignment with business requirements, industry standards, and best practices, while determining the optimal configuration of modules, databases, interfaces, and integrations to support business processes. (3.) To prepare capability presentations, assessments, proposal preparation. (4.) To coordinate project management related activities like creating project plans, allocating resources, and coordinating activities among team members and stakeholders. (5.)
