Position: Full Stack React Developer Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite) Need Local and H1 Job Description: Develop, enhance, and maintain responsive web applications using React and related front-end technologies. Implement front-end components with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript ensuring scalability and performance. Work on state management and application logic using modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks (e.g., React hooks, Redux). Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive user interfaces. Integrate APIs and connect front-end interfaces with NodeJS back-end systems. Optimize application performance and ensure high code quality through testing and best practices. Stay updated on the latest front-end and backend technologies and implement improvements. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices in Git version control. Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and contribute to architectural decisions. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and front-end web development. Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development practices. Experience with front-end state management libraries (e.g., Redux). Basic knowledge of NodeJS for backend integration and API handling. Familiarity with front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn). Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. Experience with version control systems like Git. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
