Role: Configuration Analyst-Benefits Location: Remote PHP is implementing a new line of business- Medicare Advantage Physicians Health Plan began in 1980 when Sparrow Health System and a group of visionary physicians began developing mid-Michigan's first broad-based independent practice association (IPA), a health maintenance organization. An IPA is made up of a network of local physicians, hospitals, and other professionals who deliver a full continuum of care. In 1982, PHP introduced its first products to the market. Today, PHP remains a subsidiary of Sparrow, and it has more than 3,100 practitioners and 31 hospitals participating in its provider network. Must have: Min of 3 years implementing Facets/Benefits Configuration in Medicare Advantage line of business Min 3 years of experience working in an Agile environment /Scrum Experience should include a strong understanding of core functionality, Benefits/Design/Config Good SQL Skills Good knowledge of Facets data structures. Must liaise effectively with business and technical groups and transfer Facets application knowledge to customer staff. Clearly articulate (both verbal and written) issues and provide alternative solutions Screening Question :: What previous Facets E2E implementation experience do you have with Facets What previous governmentMedicare Advantage experience do you have with Facets How many TriZetto implementations have you participated in Please describe your various roles. Describe your experience working with clients to extend Facets benefits into an automated approach.
