The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, availability, and security of databases in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and excellent communication skills to manage vendor applications, system flows, and incident resolutions. Requirements: Experience in file transmission protocols and knowledge of their monitoring. Intermediate skills in navigating Windows and Linux environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Proven experience with vendor hosted applications and managing vendor relationships for incident resolution. Demonstrated SQL query experience and understanding of database administration principles. Preferred Skills: Certifications in database management, ITIL, or related areas. Experience in financial services or cards application support.
