Should have experience in weld shop automation and different Weld Processes. Should have knowledge of Industrial Engineering to implement Layout planning, machinery layout, cycle time study, cycle time optimization. Will be responsible for industrial productivity improvement projects, must have a experience in Industrial automation like Robot Cell design, SPM machine building, Conveyors, Positioners and Vision system. Should have experience in Robotics programming, Simulations, PLC/HMI programming and Integration. Should have knowledge on field devices, safety equipment and standards. Lead the project successfully and in a timely manner from inception to deployment and execute a data-driven, Statistical approach to problem solving, including gathering, analyzing, and reporting data. Work with vendors on the quotations and assessments. Should have experience in Material flow planning & Material handling projects. Acts as a technical representative with clients, partners, vendors and sub-contractors. Project management experience - deal with vendor in getting quotations from Robot suppliers, asses the quotes, able to understand whether the quotes are high / low / reasonable. Provides periodic reviews and status updates to management and develops and maintains a team environment.
