Provide development and configuration support based on technical requirements. Own technical issue resolution and request management. Execute test cases and document them. Support User Acceptance Tests and implement code into production. Platform Development: Define, configure, and manage questionnaires, workflows, forms, and reports within Archer. Participate in and support Archer version upgrades. Install, test, and deploy new applications in Archer. Work with service management and infrastructure teams on technology upgrades and MySQL administration. Required Skills and Experience Proven experience as an RSA Archer Technical Administrator or similar role. Strong understanding of RSA Archer architecture, components, and best practices. Proficiency in technical administration tasks, including user management, data feeds, workflow, and report access. Experience in developing and configuring questionnaires, workflows, forms, and reports within Archer. Knowledge of SQL and MySQL databases. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Skills and Experience Experience with RSA Archer GRC platform. Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
