Please find the below Job description and send the suitable resume to [email protected] Job Title: Service Now Specialist - CMDB - CSDM Location: Remote Duration: Long term Contract Experience: 10+ Years Required Skills: Experience with ServiceNow Azure DevOps (ADO) Integration. Proficiency in ServiceNow integration using APIs and Integration Hub. Familiarity with IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Hardware Asset Management (HAM). Qualifications: Proven experience in CMDB configuration and CSDM implementation. Strong understanding of CMDB and CSDM frameworks. Demonstrated experience in CSDM build and design. Experience with ServiceNow platform integrations. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Responsibilities: Configure and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Implement and manage the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) to ensure alignment with business and IT needs. Design and build solutions based on the CSDM framework. Develop and maintain CMDB and CSDM frameworks to support organizational goals. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CMDB. Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for CMDB and CSDM.
