This is usually 1in 5 weeks. Key skills: MustHave skills - GCP, Terraform, automation. Recent GCP is a Must Responsibilities: 60% -Site Reliability Operations Youreinvolved in our 24x7 daily operations for the products in our SaaS suite. Thiswill include on call/handling alerts, receiving and driving forward requestsfrom your internal and support teams, working internal requests, improving theway we work. Serving our customers is a critical aspect. You demonstrate agility by shifting often between these variousefforts. Additional agility is demonstrated in development methodologies. Document every action so your findingsturn into repeatable actionsand then into automation. 35% -Development / Projects / Team Meetings Developprocesses, tools, automation, and software changes to address operationalissues Youparticipate in regular Sprint Reviews and Incident Retrospectives to help usrecognize learning opportunities and improve our team processes andperformance, in addition regular project reviews and updates. Ownprojects and improvements and drive these to a quality release. 5% -Personal Development We highlyvalue a growth mindset. So much so that we expect youll carve out two hoursper week to focus on developing your knowledge of our products, underlyingtechnologies, and your professional skills.
