Proven experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services, with specific expertise in Azure IoT Hub, Azure IoT Edge, and Azure Functions. Strong understanding of IoT concepts, protocols, and standards, such as MQTT, AMQP, OPC UA, and JSON. Proficiency in programming languages/Scripting Language such as C#, .Net, Open API Python, PowerShell. Solid grasp of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewall configuration. Experience with DevOps practices and tools for automation, continuous integration, and deployment (CI/CD). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Azure certifications related to IoT, such as Azure IoT Developer or Azure Solutions Architect. Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture. Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools such as Azure Stream Analytics, Power BI, or Apache Spark. Knowledge of security best practices for IoT deployments, including device provisioning, identity management, and encryption. Previous experience in a customer-facing technical support role or a similar client-focused position.
