Certifications: Preferred certifications include Citrix Certified Associate (CCA) or Citrix Certified Professional (CCP), and Azure Administration (AZ-104 / AZ-305). Image Management: Experience with image management tools such as Citrix ELM and profile management using Fslogix, Citrix WEM, and Ivanti. Microsoft Endpoint Management: Basic knowledge of Microsoft endpoint management and Group Policy. Infrastructure Support: Support applications, hardware, operating systems, and network infrastructure. Operational Recommendations: Make architectural and operational recommendations for Citrix environments and apply updates as needed. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting of Citrix servers and applications. Manage Citrix PVS for server maintenance, upgrades, and image updates. Monitoring Tools: Configure, deploy, and proactively monitor tools like ControlUp. Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with technical specialists and apply various tools, technologies, and methodologies to assigned duties. Technical Knowledge: Deep technical knowledge of MS Operating Systems and managing application vulnerabilities. Competencies: Digital: Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops Experience: 6-8 years Essential Skills: Expertise in all aspects of Citrix design and maintenance, including performance monitoring, tuning, scripting, and upgrades. Preferred certifications in Citrix (CCA/CCP) and Azure (AZ-104/AZ-305). Knowledge of image management tools (Citrix ELM, Fslogix, Citrix WEM, Ivanti).
