Role: Cloud Compute Architect Location : Remote Skill/Experience Description Proficiency Level Kubernetes Fundamentals Understanding of Kubernetes fundamentals and hands-on experience building and operating Kubernetes clusters. Advanced Cloud Platforms Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Intermediate Infrastructure Provisioning Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure provisioning at scale using tools like Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane, CloudFormation, etc. Intermediate Control Plane Development Experience developing and maintaining control planes and CRDs (Custom Resource Definitions) in Kubernetes. Advanced Programming Languages Proficiency in Python or Golang. Intermediate DevOps and Agile Experience with DevOps practices and agile methodologies for solution delivery through CI/CD pipelines. Intermediate Architecture and design Experience Hands-on experience with automation and software development. Advanced Cross-Plane Good to have crossplane experience Beginner Cloud Computing Hands-on knowledge of cloud computing including virtualization, containerization, and microservices. Advanced Contract Job Description: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Kubernetes at scale; Experience designing and operating control planes for large-scale Kubernetes; Deep understanding of Cloud concepts and services - AWS, Azure, GCP; Experience designing and implementing IaaC automation and Cloud infrastructure provisioning at scale; Knowledge of security concepts (with zero-trust design principles as plus) and SRE/Resiliency concepts (fault domain design, fault isolation); Hands-on knowledge of cloud computing, including virtualization, containerization, and microservices; Experience with Cross-Plane is plus; Knowledge of and experience with DevOps and GitOps for solution delivery; Ability to work independently and collaboratively .
