Youll drive activities to adequately prepare the business and engage all the appropriate stakeholders effectively to enable change to be implemented and handed over. Youll lead a team through the project lifecycle, setting team objectives and carrying out individual assessments, while building and maintaining a positive working relationship with stakeholders across multiple franchises and functions. Youll also: Own and drive the project delivery to meet its outcomes and milestone on time and on target Identify, track, manage and mitigate any project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies Lead and monitor the production of a project milestones and make sure that the solutions clearly support the required outcomes and is aligned to our strategic goals Analyse the appropriate statements and prepare estimates for approval Drive the creation of a financial business case Track and report project costs and make sure that the project is completed in allotted budgets Make sure that all project deliverables satisfy the requirements and that they adhere to the agreed governance framework The Required: Well expect you to hold a management qualification, as well as some experience in change management. You should also have experience of delivering regulatory projects that support a business strategy and its growth agenda. Youll also need: A collaborative approach and the ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders, colleagues and senior managers Experience of delivering large complex regulatory projects Experience of Investment Banks and Trading platforms Main Knowledge Areas: Lending, Private Banking, Wealth Citi and/or other top global banking senior management experience. Knowledge of agency non-agency, bilateral and structured lending. Experience with asset-based, specialty, and other lending types, Workflow optimization, audit and reporting regulations and standards. Experience with primary and secondary loan trading. Strong understanding of LoanIQ (including complex syndicated lending) and Loan Operations/Servicing to ensure the platforms fit for purposes. Ability to guide business stakeholders to leverage and integrate with LoanIQ, Optimize Citis benefit derived (toward total ROI) from LoanIQs capabilities per area of adoption. Responsibilities: Act as strategic advisor and program lead to evaluate use cases, field of use, and fit for purpose of LoanIQ. Bring a holistic Service Design mindset to include scenario-based planning of assessment, procurement, implementing and managing a Corporate Lending solution (LoanIQ) for margin lending, private lending, and other lending products and services. Executive, self-managed leader who can traverse multiple departments, settle competing and conflicting interests, and drive consensus and adoption. Understanding of industry and technical domains to oversee the entire lifecycle of product selection to production rollouts, to include all technical development and integration, project management, analysis and stakeholder engagement. Develops relationships with all stakeholders to ensure alignment across project and for future GFT business.
