MUST have a background in scientific programming and collaboration with scientific experts, particularly in the fields of Chemistry, Physics, or Cheminformatics. Assignment/Project Overview: LCMS Analysis is used as standard method to determine the quality of synthesized Oligonucleotides, Peptides and their Conjugates. Due to the size and complexity of the molecules, the analysis is time consuming and today supported by large Excel Spreadsheets and personal experience of the Scientists which limits the results. In this project we plan to develop a webservice, which can predict and name structure sensitive impurities for Oligonucleotides, Peptides and their Conjugates. Properties of these impurities, like m/z values and charge states shall be calculated as well as possible MS adducts and fragments originating from the measurement technique. To support different workflows across PharmSci, the webservice shall allow for different output formats, as well as an API to allow automation. During the last year, a POC has been established which has some of the required functionality. It is expected from the developer to work closely with the Scientists to understand Consultant Qualifications: Seeking candidates with over 3 years of experience in Agile development and full-stack service creation, with a strong emphasis on frontend development.
