Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide technical guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans. Work closely with project managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for improvements to existing systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce development. Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data model. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
