The DMV Modernization/Transformation program is a multi-phase, multi-year program, which includes an initial phase of modernization projects. Day to day tasks include: The candidate will be required to create/analyze the current system, document flows, gather user requirements, and create design documents and functional specifications. They will be responsible for the coding, debugging, unit testing and integration testing of all user requirements while adhering to program standards and specifications. They will assist with QA and User Acceptance testing and be responsible for migrating the source code to appropriate repositories and publishing the application to different environments. Mandatory Qualifications: Expert 84+ Months Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
