Position: Data Scientist Location: Dallas, TX (Looking only for Local Consultants) Duration: 12+ months contract One site from Day one Experience (Years): 08 & Above Must have: Python, Digital: Machine Learning, Data Concepts & AI/ML and Data Modelling We are looking for H1 B candidates from Third-party Vendors Experience working with models for Financial services companies or Banking client is mandatory Job Description: Partners with business team to understand business problems and objectives Conducts sophisticated analytics using predictive modeling, machine learning, simulation, optimization, and other techniques to deliver insights or develop analytical solutions to achieve business objectives Use large amounts of structured and unstructured data (internal and external) to build AI/ML modeling solutions. End-to-end experience of model development life cycle including model performance monitoring and model feature development. Support Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on efforts to develop scalable, efficient, automated solutions for large-scale data analyses, model development, model validation, and model implementation. Works with IT to research architecture for new products, services, and features. Bi-weekly stakeholder updates on the status of work and delivery timelines Having strong Analytical skills, logical reasoning, and good communication skills Essential Skills: 1. Python, AWS, Machine Learning Model Development, Validation, Model Performance Monitoring 2. Build predictive models, LLMs, NLP models, and machine-learning algorithms to discover insights, trends, and patterns 3. Good understanding of statistical analysis 4. Good understanding of Modeling lifecycle including Model Governance & Model Risk management; Experience working with models for Financial services companies or Banks is an advantage 5. Model Performance Monitoring 6. Model feature development, Graph model development 7. Ability to analyze/understand the model development life cycle from business perspectives and provide end-to-end data science consulting. 8. Experience in delivering machine learning models in AWS 9. Customer engagement and Stakeholder management 10. Strong & Assertive communication skills 11. Experience handling distributed teams in India and Mexico Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required.
