Title : Senior System Administrator( Hybrid) Duration : 6 + month(C2H) Location : Dallas, TX or Miramar, FLRelocation will work Visa : USC/GC MUST have hands on administration experience with Redwood RMJ (cloud version) About the job We are looking for an experienced Redwood RMJ (Run My Job) Sr. Admin .The ideal candidate will have a strong background orchestrating the Redwood RMJ solution. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for working closely with several ETP teams to understand their requirements, ensure successful implementation of New and Updates to existing applications configured to run their respective schedule job in Redwood RMJ including process across Multiple platforms. Responsibilities: Oversee and ensure the effective operation of the Redwood RMJ solution, aiming for a unified job scheduling system across company applications. Manage the deployment and upkeep of the Redwood RMJ tool, focusing on advanced automation for reliability and productivity in complex operations. Design the system to scale with the company's growth, handling more jobs and complex schedules as needed. Develop clear service and governance guidelines for application owners. Collaborate with application owners to understand their requirements and the complete batch process. Offer guidance, support and training to application owners and mentor RMJ admins. Provide 24/7 support for production issues related to the RMJ scheduler. Monitor and resolve incidents reported in ServiceNow and document detailed root causes and corrective actions. Maintain RMJ documentation in ServiceNow, Knowledge Articles and follow change management procedures for updates and upgrades. Participate in Change Advisory Board meetings for RMJ changes and stay updated on industry trends in workload automation Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 5+ years of experience deploying, managing and supporting Redwood RMJ solutions. 5 + experience years of experience in a team lead role Preferred Certifications: Redwood-RJM administrator Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting Public Cloud experience Preferred OS experience (Unix, Linux, Windows, iSeries) Basic scripting knowledge of Windows, CMD/PS1, Unix, Linux, Web Services, SOAP, and REST Preferred API experience to assist manage integrations with multiple systems Thank you [email protected] Direct :- 972-645-0322, Ext :- 110 DMS Visions, INC Keywords: green card Florida Texas Senior System Administrator || administration experience with Redwood RMJ (cloud version)( Hybrid) || USC or GC Only [email protected] |
