Validation Lab Support (Contract role) Boston, MA/ Cambridge, MA (Onsite) TCS JD- 1. Hands on experience in handling the Pharma LAB devices and instrument. 2. Strong Windows Desktop Support Experience. 3. Exposure of Medical instruments connections to desktops. 4. Basic knowledge of Linux OS, Mapping the drive, network checks. 5. Understanding of GxP, GMP process 6. Desktop Hardware and troubleshooting at L2 + (Window 10, 7) 7. Experience in handling IT Desktop support for a PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY 8. Exposure on pharma equipment like Taimo, Thermo Omnic TIR, Quant studio, ChemStation. 9. Good exposure and understanding of IT infra like Antivirus, AD, Asset Management, Windows Patching.
