Evidence of designing business solutions that demonstrate clear business benefit.Experience of working on Agile projects.Knowledge of Designing Process in Appian using Appian Analyst and Designer view.Knowledge of Appian Smart Services.Knowledge of Tempo Interface.Proven track of working closely with key business users Experience of Scenario-based requirements gathering.Demonstrable experience involving design, testing and implementation of large complex systems, ideally in an international environmentExperience and understanding of business process flowsExpert in analysing and documenting business processes Expert in writing business requirementsExpert in writing functional requirementsBe able to contribute to the creation of both current and target operating modelsAbility to run workshops with key stakeholdersTranslates ideas into concrete work activitiesshould have design/architecture experience building business workflow automation and business rules execution (a.k.a Rules Engine).
