Requirements : Conduct detailed analysis of two configurations of the ADP EV5 application. This person must understand how the data compare operates within First Transit structure and how the data compare operates in the Transdev structure. (SME in ADP 5 on the mainframe). This person will compare the two systems, then use earning codes and calculations to redesign them to the new codes. Process map potential data conflicts, providing recommended solutions to prevent impacts on payroll operations. Document each Data Control Customization (e.g., 401k, HSA, Benefits, Accruals). Regularly test the systems to ensure they function correctly and meet quality standards. Strong/Expert level understanding of the ADP EV5 system, especially in analyzing data using data control. Experience with ADP eTime is required. Must be expert in understanding the ADP structure. This role demands a highly analytical professional with specialized knowledge of ADP systems, particularly EV5 and eTime, to ensure the seamless integration and functionality of payroll systems.
