Position: SAP TM Consultant Location: Remote Experience: 12+ Years Duration: 12+ Months Visa: USC/GC only Mandatory: Prior Global S/4 Transformation Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP TM solutions, ensuring they align with the business processes and requirements. Collaborate with clients to understand their transportation management needs and translate these into functional specifications and system designs. Customize SAP TM functionalities to meet specific client needs, including the configuration of master data, business process setups, and user interfaces. Ensure seamless integration of SAP TM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP EWM) and third-party systems, addressing any issues that arise during the integration process. Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality and functionality of the SAP TM solutions. Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions to optimize system performance. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals. Conduct training sessions for end-users and client teams to ensure they can effectively utilize the SAP TM system. Work closely with key stakeholders, including project managers, technical teams, and business users, to meet project objectives.
