Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on content management. Strong knowledge of Content Management Systems (e.g., SharePoint, WordPress, or Sitecore). Experience in analyzing and documenting business requirements. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Support the configuration and integration of content management systems (CMS) with existing workflows. Conduct regular content audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure consistency. Provide training and support to end-users on CMS tools and processes. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on content management metrics and project outcomes. Work with IT and development teams to troubleshoot CMS-related issues Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Understanding of content workflow automation and digital asset management.
