Position Summary: In this role you would lead high profile complex projects by working with key stakeholders to evaluate the HR business needs and propose comprehensive solutions that will improve organizational efficiency, increased automation opportunities, and reduce organizational risk in a highly regulated environment. The position is also responsible for providing leadership and support for critical enterprise applications and integrated solutions. domain experience in Oracle EBS Experience with at least 1 full life-cycle implementation of the Payroll module for Oracle HCM Cloud Responsibilities: Evaluates and recommends product roadmaps by working with the business to ensure that the product supports, and will continue to support, the needs of the business. Manages the full project lifecycle for multiple projects from analyzing requirements to designing, testing, and supporting users on a solution that meet those requirements. Documents business requirements based on customer requests to guide development of delivered solutions. Collaborates with teams across the organization while evaluating, developing, and delivering solutions. Provides dear communication and progress updates to internal teams and customers. Tests, debugs, and evaluates enterprise software upgrade releases reporting issues to vendors and documenting end user training materials and guides. Configures or directs the configuration of existing applications/modules to meet customer needs. Interacts with development teams while reviewing, testing, coding and delivering final projects. Extract data from Enterprise databases and other data sources to create ad-hoc and organizational reports and dashboards. Supports, troubleshoots, and resolves customer reported issues on enterprise solutions on a daily basis. Interacts weekly with external vendor support teams of enterprise solutions. This task will include leading to meetings in some situations. System Configuration: Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Benefits modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Open Enrollment Management: Manage the open enrollment process, including setup, testing, and troubleshooting. Functional Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Benefits, providing solutions and configurations on the Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits. Technical Support: Having technical skills such as development of reports in BIP/OTBI, creating/editing benefits specific fast formula will be an added advantage. Integration: Work with cross-functional teams to test the integrations between Oracle HCM Benefits and other systems. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the management of employee benefits. Experience with EBS data extracts. Should have worked with an Oracle implementation got a public sector client. Should have implemented Cobra benefits in Oracle HCM Requirements: 7+plus; years of functional experience with Oracle HCM Experiencing implementing, configuring, and managing HCM applications/modules Experience with SQL Preferred: Experience in any of the following functional areas: Benefits (primarily), Core HR, Recruiting, and/or Compensation.
