Job Title: Epic Radiant Analyst (PM, Developer Multiple Openings) Location: Remote (based in New Jersey) Client: Persistent Systems (Prime Vendor) Rate: Per Market Job Summary: We are seeking multiple Epic Radiant Analysts (PM and Developer roles) to join our team. The Epic Radiant module is essential in managing radiology workflows, from diagnostic imaging orders to reporting and result management. The ideal candidates will possess experience in Epic Radiant implementations, upgrades, and system optimizations, ensuring streamlined operations within radiology departments. These roles offer flexibility with remote work, but candidates must be based in or near New Jersey. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with radiology teams to assess and optimize workflows within the Epic Radiant module. Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of the Epic Radiant system, ensuring it meets the clinical and operational needs of radiology departments. Manage projects related to Epic Radiant upgrades, implementations, and customizations. Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to the Epic Radiant environment. Train and support end users, offering best practice guidance for radiology workflows. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure proper functioning and compliance with healthcare regulations. Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including system specifications, workflows, and end-user training materials. Collaborate with stakeholders across radiology departments to ensure alignment with operational goals and needs. Participate in cross-functional meetings, providing insights into Epic Radiant optimization and performance improvements. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience working with Epic Radiant module, including implementation and support. Epic Radiant certification is highly preferred. Strong understanding of radiology workflows, imaging processes, and the integration of Epic systems with radiology-specific tools. Experience with project management (for PM roles), leading implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Technical experience in Epic development (for Developer roles) with a focus on customizing the Radiant module. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on improving healthcare outcomes through technology. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with teams and clients as needed. Must be based in or willing to relocate to New Jersey for client meetings when necessary. Preferred Skills: Experience in integrating Epic Radiant with other Epic modules and third-party applications. Familiarity with other Epic modules, such as EpicCare Ambulatory, OpTime, and Cupid. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and radiology-specific compliance requirements.
