Job Responsibilities: Speech Analytics Development: Design, develop, and optimize speech recognition models using Nexidia s platform to analyse and extract insights from voice data. Integration and Customization: Integrate Nexidia s solutions with existing systems, ensuring seamless data flow and near-real-time analytics capabilities. Customize the platform to meet specific business needs and user requirements. Data Management: Work independently to manage, preprocess, and structure large volumes of voice data to ensure accuracy and relevance in speech analytics outputs. Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve the performance of speech recognition models and analytics tools, focusing on accuracy, processing speed, and resource efficiency. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software developers, business analysts, and operational managers and leaders to align speech analytics solutions with organizational goals. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the Nexidia platform, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and updates to ensure knowledge transfer and system continuity. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: Experience: 3-5 years of experience in software development with a focus on speech analytics or related technologies. Hands-on experience with Nexidia s platform is required. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL databases, and data processing tools. Experience with APIs and system integrations. Knowledge of AWS environments a plus. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse and interpret complex voice data. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
