| Title: Business PM Consultant Location: Woonsocket, RI must be comfortable in a hybrid model 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday) OR Wellesley, MA office Visa: US Citizen, GC, GC-EAD, H4/EAD (Need a local for either to MA or RI for a 3 day onsite hybrid model, must be able to convert if need be) Must haves: Healthcare industry experience specifically in behavioral health and/or primary care patient Operations Healthcare background, but not required. Candidate must have an active and an updated LinkedIn ID (REQUIRED!!) Location Details: 1 CVS Drive, Woonsocket, RI 02895 OR 93 Worcester St, Wellesley, MA 02481 Why Open: Long-term, tenured employee retiring Start: mid-late October (working on additional budget to get this person in sooner) Duration: Budget through 2025, but with a goal to convert beforehand if its a fit for the client and the candidate but no guarantees at this time Interview Process: 2 round virtual interviews This role is NOT a traditional PM, as it is entirely functional on the business side working on a day-to-day basis with Executives and VPs to help drive overall process and roadmap initiatives with heavy documentation in assisting to make business decisions. A background in Healthcare industry specifically in behavioral health and/or primary care patient would be beneficial in addition to an Operations Healthcare background, but not required. Project/Initiative: Behavioral Health Initiative supporting Minute Clinic environments, working to increase the amount of patient visits per hour. Working to lower check-in and intake times so that patients have optimal amount of time with doctors. Background Check: 7 year criminal (federal, county, state) Employment verification 7 years Education verification Hours / Shift: Monday- Friday, regular business hours Day to Day: 5-7+ years of PM experience: Basic project management 5-7 years experience with hands on PM experience/pick up on action items/take minutes Truly worked as a PM not just use some buzzwords Healthcare background (if they have worked at CVS in the past and have a positive reference that is a plus! Nice to have: working in a product model Soft skills IMPORTANT: Presence, communicate at all levels of the organization, articulate problems/hear and understand issues/experience with documentation.
