| Title ServiceNow Administrator Visa USC Only Location Remote but limited travel requirements in Durham, NC Must have ServiceNow CSA and CISSP Must have 8 years of Experience Must have or be able to pass Tier II Moderate Clearance (US GOVT CLEARANCE) Role Description This is a 1-year contract role for a ServiceNow Administrator. The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This is a remote role with limited travel requirements in Durham, NC. Qualifications Must have ServiceNow CSA and CISSP Must have 8 years of Experience Must have or be able to pass Tier II Moderate Clearance ServiceNow Administration, Configuration, and Maintenance skills Working knowledge of agile/scrum software methodologies. Strong conceptual skills and experience developing innovative user experience solutions. In-depth understanding of user-centered design principles and tools. Previous experience working with ServiceNow Government Community Cloud and Hi-Wave support. Previous experience working with US Federal Government agencies. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot incorrect testing results and recommend a feasible solution to meet the business/technical requirements. Holds multiple ServiceNow credentials across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, & APM product lines. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its ecosystem. Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other technologies. Ability to manage ServiceNow instances across development, testing, and production. Experience architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions. Experience with Lean, Kanban, Dev Ops, or Agile methodologies Knowledge of Business Process Improvement Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work independently and as part of an Agile team Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field -- Keywords: information technology North Carolina Remote ServiceNow Administrator USC Only [email protected] |
