The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow development, especially in areas like Service Catalog, Supplier Management, and Integration/API development. Key Responsibilities: Lead and architect the development of ServiceNow App Engine solutions for various business processes. Design, implement, and maintain the Service Catalog module and Supplier Management workflows. Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including business rules, scripting, and application development. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST, JSON, and other API standards. Use Catalog Builder or other citizen developer tools to streamline processes and empower end-users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure smooth project delivery. Leverage advanced knowledge of Report Analytics, Workspace, Survey, ITSM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules to enhance system capabilities. Utilize tools like APIGEE, ESGA, Ansible, and Amelia for orchestration and interface solutions.Qualifications: 12+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on the Service Catalog module and Supplier Management. 5+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow business rules, scripting, and application development. 5+ years of experience in integration and API development using REST, JSON, etc. 2+ years of experience with Catalog Builder or equivalent citizen developer tools. Proficiency in Report Analytics, Workspace, Survey, ITSM, and CMDB modules. Experience with orchestration tools such as APIGEE, ESGA, Ansible, Amelia, or similar tools.
