| Lead, eCommerce Product Engineering Location: Fort Lauderdale office/Hybrid (Onsite Tuesday through Thursday at 1600 SE 17th st., FTL, 33316) Length: Contract to hire (at least 6 months). Now looking for someone who has booking engine experience as well as web experience. Bachelors Degree in Engineer, Computer Science/Math For the lead role, disregard all the other technologies listed in the JD. looking for a hands-on developer with Java, React and Coveo (only need to have done at least 1 implementation) Booking engine experience or ecommerce or payment functionality equivalent. Minimum Experience (if preferred but not required, list as such): 10 years delivering technology products 5+ years leading engineering solutions E2E 8+ years delivering large scale consumer facing system solutions 3+ years Adobe Experience Manager, SAP Hybris, MongDB and Algolia required 5-8 years of experience in web technologies like Javascript, Ajax, Bootstrap, React, Java, Spring Boot, GraphQL Minimum Qualifications (if preferred but not required, list as such): Proven ability to build productive collaborative relationships, motive team members, and instill a positive can do attitude Must have strong experience leading engineering/technology profesionals Strong understanding of Web UI Technologies and frameworks such as React and Angular Proven experience on Product Testing and driving result through iterative testing Strong experience and understanding of Serverless Architecture Strong experience with REACT Strong experience and understanding of Event Driven Architecture Experience in the planning, analysis, and design of software application strategies Extensive knowledge of the system development life cycle, the customer areas functions and systems, and application program development alternatives Should have a deep understanding of many software development methodologies Deep understanding and application of WCAG, PCI, PII, Encryption requirements Requires excellent communication skills, analytical ability, solid judgment and management skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and other IT professionals Subject Matter Experience in Adobe Experience Manager required Micros services & SPA experience preferred Minimum Qualifications (if preferred but not required, list as such): 8 years demonstrated experience collaborating across an enterprise IT organization.
