Understand and explain complex technical concepts. 8. Strong research and analytical skills and very detail oriented. 9. Ability to undertake multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines. 10. Excellent technical writing skills and verbal communication skills. 11. Good working knowledge of MS Office or Google Docs.
