Ideal candidate would have healthcare experience, previously been in a product model and used the SAFe framework. It'll be important for this individual to be able to adapt quickly and know when we are to flex standard practices to meet business needs. They will work closely with their team in addition to two other scrum masters and our release train Engineer. This will be a very quick turnaround as they want to have this person onboarded for a 9/23 teaming event. We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our Agile team. The Senior Scrum Master will be responsible for leading and guiding the team through the Scrum framework, ensuring that the team follows Agile principles and Scrum practices, and for removing any impediments that may be preventing the team from meeting its goals. The Senior Scrum Master will work closely with the Product Owner and the development team to ensure that product backlogs are properly prioritized and managed, and that the team is delivering high-quality software on time.
