Experience cloud experience is a must. Provide hands on design leadership in large or complex development projects involving application development, migrations, integrations, enhancements to existing applications. Assess and develop high level design requirements and communicate the same with development teams. Assess detailed specifications against design requirements. Analyze cross-functional business processes, identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend new approaches via Salesforce enablement. Develop and author technical business solutions, product presentations, and demonstrations. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to a team of Salesforce developers. Experience in Javascript Programming, HTML and CSS. Good understanding of API integration methodology (Rest and SOAP API knowledge is a must, MuleSoft knowledge is a plus). Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and present ideas in user-friendly language. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Perform Unit testing and Support other test cycles. Capability and knowledge to lead and mentor the team in designing and review of code and guide and encourage the team to follow best practices. In depth understanding of SFDC Profiles/Roles and Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Tasks, Workflow rules and Triggers, etc. Good understanding of Salesforce deployment tools.
