FYI Below is the requirement: Role: ETL Data Stage Developer Location: Must be willing to relocate anywhere in CA Experience: 10+ Years Client: HCL SOW Rate: $60/Hr on C2C | No OPT/CPT | LinkedIn** Job Description: Expert proficiency in building data pipelines and ETLELT using tools such as Informatica, ODI, Data Stage etc. Experience in administration and migration activities of data movement and transformation tools. Expert knowledge in advanced SQL, stored procedures, views, functions, indexes etc. Expert knowledge of Entity Relationship Diagrams. Expert knowledge of data modeling techniques (type 1,2,3,4), dimensions, facts and aggregations. Proficiency in relational and non relational databases such as OLTP, MPP appliances, NoSQL, DaaS, Cloud etc. Proficiency in data movement techniques such as replication, switching, pipelines etc. Proficiency in data integrity, profiling and storage and mining techniques. Proficiency in change data capture techniques including timestamp, log and trigger based mechanisms. Proficiency in working with different types of large and small sets of data; structured, semi structured and unstructured. Proficiency in working with scheduling tools. Proficiency in working with change management tools and processes include source control, versioning, defect tracking and release management. Proficiency in analyzing impact of smaller and large scale initiatives. Good working knowledge of UnixLinux/PowerShell scripting. Manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. To oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards , implementation of best practices and participate in technical discussions or review. To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. To Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality and accordingly develop mitigation strategies or contingency plans to address risks. To lead and empower a dynamic development team by boosting their technical skills, improving productivity, and fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.
