In this position you will act as a key driver in advancing our organizations digitalization initiatives to lead the front-end development work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully developing front ends for data driven enterprise software in the cloud, driving innovation, and delivering high-quality software solutions. As an Angular front-end developer, your role involves developing responsive web applications with high-quality, performance-driven code. You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions. Implementing user interface to ensure a seamless and visually appealing user experience. You optimize application performance by implementing efficient data binding and state management techniques. Thorough testing and debugging of front-end applications are essential to ensure smooth functionality and compatibility across various browsers and devices. Staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in front-end development allows you to suggest improvements for the development process. Collaboration with back-end developers is vital for integrating front-end components with server-side logic. Additionally, you participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to established standards, and you troubleshoot and resolve any front-end issues or bugs reported by users. The opportunity. Technical Leadership: As a Front-End Software Engineer, you will develop and maintain user-facing features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular framework. Your collaboration with UX/UI designers will be essential in translating design wireframes and mockups into high-quality, interactive applications. You will ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code to bring these designs to life. Code Optimization: Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability will be one of your key responsibilities. You will implement responsive designs to ensure compatibility across various devices and screen sizes, providing a seamless user experience. Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to your peers will help maintain high coding standards and foster a collaborative team environment. You will troubleshoot and debug issues to improve performance and user experience, working closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end and back-end components seamlessly. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with product managers, designers, and stakeholders, you'll support in defining product requirements and priorities. A technical degree, preferably a bachelors degree, in Computer Science or Software Engineering or a related field. At least 8 years of proven experience as a Front-End Developer with a strong focus on Angular framework (e.g. Extensive knowledge of Angular concepts, such as components, directives, services, and dependency injection) interfacing with .Net Core WebAPI. Strong technical expertise in front-end software development methodologies, programming languages (e.g., Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Prior experience working with the Agile team for software development and version control (e.g., git), and Unit Testing service-oriented architecture. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) and code collaboration tools. Experience with performance optimization techniques, such as lazy loading, server-side rendering, and change detection strategies. Cultural awareness with the ability to work with stakeholders and partners from different countries and cultures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English is essential.
