Must be able to work independently and perform without errors Job Description: Must Have 8+ years of experience in Design, Development, Implementation, support of Reporting Analytics projects Good experience in enterprise BI platform development using Tableau for Hitech customers Strong experience in Tableau Architecture, application platform and server-side functionalities, and data visualization skills Strong experience in building data models to address the business reporting needs of medium-large enterprises Good experience in Snowflake MS SQL server platform in querying databases for dashboard performance and data discrepancy troubleshooting Extensive knowledge of Data Warehousing, Data Marts and reporting objects such as facts, dimensions, relationships, hierarchies, and calculations Be able to analyze system resource utilization, bottlenecks and plan platform capacity sizing. Ability to recommend best practices of development and critique design approaches. Experience with design development of Workbook Dashboards and Data Sources through Tableau Desktop online. Experience in UIUX practice to implement different designs of dashboards reports Experience with automation for tasks like deployment of data sources workbooks across environments, alerts via scripting. Experience in implementing Tableau best practices, guiding customers on different design patterns provide technical solutioning for issues requirements Partner with SMEs to analyze data sets and define requirements for delivering new data to business partners Excellent Communication, Documentation, and Presentation skills. Nice to have Experience in Tableau Administration, including Install and upgrade in a distributed enterprise environment Advanced knowledge of Tableau application platform and server-side functionalities. Advanced knowledge of performance diagnosis and optimization. Experience with the inner workings of Tableau Admin Views and familiarity with workgroup tables. Experience in the previous administrator of other Business Intelligence platforms like Microsoft BI is highly preferred."
